The City Council is expected to vote on the following items at Tuesday's special meeting:
- Operating a city-owned concession stand at the Galt Market. The cost of the building is roughly $123,000, but the operation is expected to bring in about $100,000 in net revenue over the next two years, according to a staff report.
- A monthly salary range for a senior building inspector between $5,074 and $6,165.
- Provide direction to staff regarding the five-year capital improvement program which runs through 2017.

The city of Galt's anticipated revenues are expected to increase $422,000 this fiscal year, while property tax will take an $81,000 hit based on a decline in assessed values.
The city council will discuss these and other figures at a public meeting on Tuesday.
