Galt Thrift Stores: Reporter Jennifer Bonnett is working on a story about the Galt police department cracking down on thrift stores not in compliance with a state law.
National Day of Prayer: Reporter Ross Farrow will be heading to the All-Veterans Plaza tonight to listen to local leaders praying for elected officials, including the president, the Lodi City Council and the troops. There may be some controversy this year because at least three atheists are planning to protest the event because they say the Day of Prayer is illegal.
Every 15 Minutes: Students at Tokay High School learned about the consequences of drunk driving during an assembly where they watched their peers suffer — and even die — from injuries sustained in a DUI crash. Reporter Katie Nelson and photographer Dan Evans attended the annual event.
