It's a crisp afternoon and 4-year-old Jackson Stormes is
attacking Lodi's Legion Park playground like a young lion.
His lungs belt out a roar as he climbs onto the jungle gym here
and jumps wildly up and down on the middle of the play suspension
bridge, frightening a smaller girl away from it.
