The Parents Advisory Council of Camp Hutchins has requested Lodi Health, the Lodi City Council and city employees attend a town hall meeting Friday to discuss keeping the program open.
After the city requested to charge the hospital organization more than $1 per year rent, Lodi Health decided to close the popular preschool and childcare program at the end of July. Parents, who were notified by letter earlier this month, want the City Council to reverse its directive to seek revenue for the 3,000-square-foot space.
