Three teens were arrested Friday night on suspicion of robbery after allegedly stealing a cell phone and charger from a 17-year-old male in the area of School and Sycamore streets, according to Lodi police.
The 17-year-old was walking down the street at about 10:50 p.m. when he was confronted by three males who asked him for cigarettes, police said. The victim said he didn't have any cigarettes, so one of the suspects patted down his pockets, reached in and took the cell phone and charger, police said.
