Someone said recently that Anytime Fitness never panned out.
Lucky for the neighbors that In-Shape won't have an outdoor swimming pool. With Twin Arbors right behind us, the summer is non-stop kids screaming their heads off, music blasting during events, horns honking to start swim races. You can't sit in your own backyard and have a conversation.

If Twin Arbor weren't so expensive then they wouldn't have to worry about the competition.
Still debating if I want an In-shape membership or go across the street to Anytime Fitness

souns to me like Arbor might be afraid of the competition?

Does anyone know what this Modesto attorneys' beef is with the property? What does he stand to lose or gain from a gym going into this location? Who is he representing?

This is welcome news for the neighborhood I live in and frequent Lakewood Mall nearly every day, especially the House of Coffees. The recent closing of two more businesses/storefronts at Lakewood Mall will signal the welcome for In-Shape and the additional foot traffic they will bring to the great shops located there, one of the best, in my opinion, Mr. Heinitz's Randalls Clothing Store. Having lived in this neighborhood since coming to Lodi in 1987, Apple Market will be sorely missed and I wish those retirees a great life.
