A man drinking with friends at the north end of Lodi Lake in the wee hours of Saturday morning was robbed at gunpoint by several suspected members of the Norteño gang from Woodbridge, according to Lodi police.

The man was drinking with several friends at 1:30 a.m. Saturday when the Norteños approached them, Sgt. Mike Oden said. One of the suspects pulled a gun on the victim and took several items.

Officers captured three suspects in a vehicle on Laurel Avenue, just east of Lodi Lake. Jose Galvan, 19, Jose Gonzalez, 20, and Rodolfo Orejel, 20, all from Woodbridge, were arrested at gunpoint on suspicion of robbery, conspiracy, possession of a stolen firearm and a gang enhancement.

A stolen gun was found in a front yard on Laurel Avenue, Oden said.

Several other suspected Norteños got away, Oden said.
