A 61-year-old man who has been named a fugitive from justice by county officials in Arkansas will appear in Lodi court today.

Bean Lee DuBois was arrested by the Lodi Police Department and faces charges of vehicle theft, grand theft of personal property and forgery. However, this is not the first time DuBois has allegedly committed these crimes.

A warrant from Benton County in Arkansas alleges that DuBois was responsible for theft of property there as well, though the description as to what he supposedly stole is unavailable.

The warrant amount for Benton County for DuBois totals $150,000. However, DuBois is not allowed bail in San Joaquin County.

He is scheduled to appear in Lodi court today at 12:15 p.m.
