Fans of the San Francisco 49ers football team are gearing up for game day, buying cartloads of chips and dip, pulling out ice chests to be filled with cold drinks, and dusting off those lucky jerseys. But one Lodi family took it outside.
Denise Schenone paid a local artist $150 dollars to spray-paint the 49ers’ logo on the front lawn of her home on Interlaken Street in Lodi.

Just wanted to say...after game walking some friends and family outside.....Laughing so hard....someone neatly placed two Ravens balloons on our columns. It was great neighborhood rivalry at it's best. They could have easily destroyed or stole my decorations...but no, they neatly placed the balloons, and left ALL Niners stuff in tact. It's nice to know people can still have good honest rivalry with no destruction. I left the balloons in place! Great Game....wish NINERS had won, but holding my head high! Congrats Ravens fans, there is always next year! Niners fan for life!

Hey Denise, If the shoe doesn't fit don't wear it sweetie.....

Thank you Mr. Bechill.
Mr Jacobs, in my family being a 49er fan is genetic...lol! It goes back for generations, with a few traitors here and there...making for some fun family rivalry. Let's hope we have World Series and Super Bowl champs in the same back yard!! For now, we are happy with having something to celebrate. Win or loose....49er for life! GO NINERS!!

Yeah its real easy to back a wining team. I didn't see anyone painting the 49er logo on their lawns when they weren't going to the super-bowl!
There are very few true football fans left in this NFL world we live in!
