One-way traffic controls start on Highway 12 at the Mokelumne River Bridge

Motorists driving along Highway 12 in San Joaquin County will experience delays starting today as California Department of Transportation crews start work on the Mokelumne River Bridge. 

The work is part of the Mokelumne River Bridge Project, which will reconstruct the bridge deck and rehabilitate the control house. The $6.8 million project is expected to be completed November 2015.
