Suspect in deadly crash will face murder charges

    If he's still in the hospital, they need to ease up on his care. He can't suffer enough for what he's caused.

    He stole/took the car from his mom's employer. I would think the dad who was drinking with him would be liable like a bartender would have been for letting a drunk drive away.

    I hope the person who gave the keys to his or her vehicle is also charged with a crime, he may have been intoxicated before he got in but they were guilty as much as he was.

    I am grateful that the Lodi Police took their time in this investigation and came up with the truly correct decision....that this horrendous incident was NOT an accident but caused by someone who had no regard for human life. Murder is what he is guilty of because he deliberately got into a car (that was not his) having consumed alcohol and drove.
