A real estate appraiser who specializes in land use will discuss on Monday what she says is a plan by the United Nations to have a world government that controls land use.

Rosa Koire will be the guest speaker at Monday's Lodi Citizens in Action meeting. She says that the United States signed an agreement in 1992 that now has more than 600 U.S. government entities. The goal, she maintains, is to remove control of land-use decisions from private citizens.

The meeting will begin at 6:45 p.m. Monday at the Lodi American Legion Hall, 320 N. Washington St. For more information, call 747-5154 or visit www.lodicitizensinaction.com.

Ms Bobin stated...but apparently the Tea Party leader who invited her cared enough to mention it in her introduction...Just another example of TEA Party hypocrisy...
Now Ms Bobin can read the mind and heart as to the intent of an introduction she sees in a video and draws a conclusion based on this “ feeling” she got. What if I told you that I know for a fact that Rosa Koire wrote the introduction for the person who introduced her.. would you then draw the same conclusion?

Then Ms Bobin stated... If you listened to her spiel and fell for it hook, line and sinker, then good for you...
Ms Bobin... I listened to her speak for a good hour. She was interesting and made some thoughtful comments. The topic she was talking about is too complicated to make a judgment even after an hour. I consider it starting point to discover truth. You on the other hand completely dismiss her without fully understanding the issue. In other words, you are gossiping what you feel and not what you know.

Missed the point again....I DO NOT care what this woman's sexual orientation is...but apparently the Tea Party leader who invited her cared enough to mention it in her introduction.

Just another example of TEA Party hypocrisy.

Whatever talents this woman possesses, she is obviously making a very good living from frightening the public about tales of global dominiation by the UN.

If you listened to her spiel and fell for it hook, line and sinker, then good for you. This is just another conspiracy theory being exploited by individuals who want to make money giving speeches under the guise of "activism" and "knowledge" of "secret activities" that actually have nothing to do with the ordinary individual.

When you have read a comprehensive discussion about "Agenda 21," then talk to me. Until then, Ms. Koire is just another charletan making a buck.

Ms Bobin stated...where Ms. Koire was the guest speaker, the Tea Party leader introduced her as a lesbian...

Ms Bobin... I do not care what her affiliation is as I care what knowledge she has and if she is an honest person. If she is a liberal democrat and the Tea party invited her as a guest, I would expect a reasonable person to appreciate the diversity of the organization that invited her. Instead of giving her labels, maybe you should listen to the content of her message to see if she has merit... who cares if she is a lesbian or not?

The article at this link describes her as a "liberal democrat."

In the Tea Party video clip I saw, where Ms. Koire was the guest speaker, the Tea Party leader introduced her as a Lesbian - there were multiple GASPS from the audience. Why this Tea Party person felt the need to mention that, I don't know, but there it is.

Don't all of you right-wingers believe those three words ALWAYS go together?

Ms Bobin.... why did you characterize this woman in the way you did... do you have "any" evidence that she is what you say she is? I watched a 2 hour video of her speaking about this subject in a credible way. She works for the state of California as a department head... she talks with intelligence. I think you and Jeff are doing harm by making these kind of comments.

Rosa Koire is a forensic commercial real estate appraiser specializing in eminent domain valuation. Her twenty-eight year career as an expert witness on land use has culminated in exposing the impacts of Sustainable Development on private property rights and individual liberty.

The court case, Tokerud v. City of Santa Rosa, lost in Superior Court but the court ruled that they could continue, and they appealed to the San Francisco First District Court of Appeals where they lost again in 2009. The three years of litigation fighting eminent domain and the redevelopment project succeeded in delaying the project while the economy collapsed--the City has failed to implement its plans, but still has the power of eminent domain over the 1,100 acre area until 2018.

Over the course of the legal challenge Koire became aware of the source of the planning revolution she had observed over more than 10 years: UN Agenda 21. Through her research she found that much of the funding to implement local UN Agenda 21/Sustainable Development land use programs comes through the diversion of property taxes to redevelopment agencies. Her work in providing information and solutions for communities fighting UN Agenda 21 has spread across the nation as more and more people become aware of the increased restrictions on their property rights, and the methods used to implement social engineering. Through her website www.DemocratsAgainstUNAgenda21.com and her grassroots tactical organization, Santa Rosa Neighborhood Coalition, she, with other community leaders, has enabled activists on many seemingly unconnected issues to come together and fight the source: UN Agenda 21/Sustainable Development.

LMAO.....you guys are cracking me up.....I had no idea Mr. Chapman knew how to use the internet - ya know - posting online and all.........but ok - you learn something new everyday!

Taking the political party out of the equation - on a more serious note - I do question the motivation of a real estate appraiser giving a speech on the government and land use. Seems alittle hinky to me - but then again - I think 99% of all people employed in the real estate industry (flippers too) are all self serving corrupt - so I'm slightly biased in this case.......

Frankly, I am a bit surprised that MS. BOBIN admited that there is such a thing as "liberal democrat". I do think it is amusing that the original "Bigot, Racist & Idiot" poster makes a post on here akin to the ones that she slams everyone else for doing. Go figure.
JEFF TILLETT, I am very appreciative of your helping me out in this matter. One day I have to figure out how to use the internet. It is just too confusing for us conservatives.

I'm sure Mr Chapman will now be able to find what you have skillfully
guided him to seek. You are quite the teacher. I would love to be a student of yours.

Ms Bobin stated... I may just have to set aside some time on Monday night for this bit of entertainment

I never go to these things, but I would pay $50.00 if Ms Bobin were there just to video record her facial expressions ...now that would be entertainment fit for a Hollywood production... can you imagine the white knuckles...

JOANNE, I didn't read the words "gay", "tea party" or "liberal democrat" in this article at all. Could it be you are assuming? Or perhaps you are so bigoted that you see the words that aren't printed.

Interesting...this must be a very unusual phenomenon. A gay Liberal Democrat with conspiracy theories of UN domination of the private property rights of individuals in the US.

Could redevelopment agencies really be conspiring with the UN to take over our property rights?

If the local TEA Party is hosting this, it must be true. I may just have to set aside some time on Monday night for this bit of entertainment.
