Liberty Ranch High School's Architecture, Construction, and Engineering Team recently competed against teams from 11 other local schools in a design contest.
Held at Granite Bay High School, team members had to design an iconic monument for Sacramento with a budget of $45 million. In this process, they had to take into account the architectural, engineering, and construction considerations needed to make the project viable, according to adviser Sean Duncan.
