Hamid Hayat of Lodi, convicted on terrorism charges in 2007, has been moved to a prison in Arizona, according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons.
Hayat, 29, was recently moved to Arizona after spending the last four years in various United States federal prisons, most recently a penitentiary in Terre Haute, Ind. That prison houses inmates considered to be the highest risk to national security because of their connections to terrorism.
