    So stopping the flow of the Sacramento river for 10 days helps the salmon. What's going to happen when the flow is stopped forever when the peripheral canal is built?
    It sounds like the fish might survive but what about the agricultural economy of this area - which we all depend on.

    Give the Salmon the right flow of water and looks what happens it going to be the best run in years. There are some knuckleheads saying the Stripers are eating all the salmon and that is total bull.
