Plans for a wine bar, annexation of property south of Harney Lane for a commercial and retail center, a liquor license for a new Japanese restaurant and a recycling center will all be before Lodi commissions tonight.

The Site Plan and Architectural Committee and the Planning Commission will both meet, and have full agendas. Below is a brief description of what they will be considering:

Maggie, no information, or aren't you allowed to approach this matter? Is that why Layla is gone?

Maggie, maybe you could find some info on the liquor license at the Holiday Inn Express concerning MLK Family Properties? When the property owner and developer KFP was excused from paying their redevelopment fees last year because they were supposedly near bankruptcy, I posted some comments concerning this issue because there were other properties owned by these same developers but seperated into other family holdings. Now I see that they have changed their ownership to MLK Family Properties? Isn't this the entity that holds the other properties by this family? Why the name change and has KFP been obligated to pay those redevelopment fees before a transfer to another owner? Why is a different entity applying for a liquor license? Are there now two seperate entities involved in this business? If so, shouldn't the new entity be liable to pay those redevelopment fees that were put off for a year? Why isn't this liquor license application by Kim Family Properties, the original developer?
