Galt police detectives have identified a man arrested in Sacramento as a suspect wanted for two separate robberies during July.
Detectives have identified Andrew John Faszer as the individual responsible for two separate robberies in Galt, according to a press statement released by the Galt Police Department on Tuesday. The first robbery occurred July 1 at Check-Into-Cash at 1067 C St., and the second robbery occurred July 26 at the Wells Fargo Bank inside the Raley's supermarket at 10430 Twin Cities Road, the statement read.
On July 30, the Sacramento Police Department contacted Faszer after learning he was wanted on robbery charges, the statement said. Faszer was not only arrested on fresh charges by Sacramento police, but was also arrested on charges of robbery in Galt, according to the statement.
Faszer is currently in custody at the Sacramento Jail.
