Jackson, you left off that they may have kids in the area and fear that acting out against a single gang (probably) member will incur the wrath of the whole gang making their children targets.

ric, where did my "stance" get body slammed? My stance from the beginning is that it is wrong to wish a husband and wife shot. Jackson did not address the aberrant use of violence against this couple that you so zealously endorse. You have yet to identify how shooting a husband and wife will make Lodi a safer place to live.

Maybe ric's outward hostility towards me comes from a basic inability to read. When I said that wishing the couple would be shot is wrong, he reads I am supporting their decision to not talk to the police. Nowhere in my statements have I endorsed or supported their decision. I simply addressed the desires of a Ann and ric to have a Lodi husband and wife shot because they did not talk to the police.

If they refuse to cooperate with LPD then they are probably part of the problem. OR, they know who shot at them and, a) will go shoot them , or, b) are too scared to talk to the po-po.

Kevin, people on these blogs use fake names? I am shocked! I liked it better when bloggers just went by Sam, Leonard, T&C, Lodian, etc etc.

Darrell: I don't believe that "ric flair" posting here is the same from the wwf. Just share a name which makes me suspect a false name so they can post ridiculous things with no fear of their friends knowing it was them.

ric: nowhere in my posts will you see me "supporting" the couple who choose to not help the police find a dangerous person. What you will see is that I think it is wrong to want the couple shot for not cooperating. That is a far cry from supporting their decision to not act.

As for your "game, set, match" look at what was actually said and you will see that YOU are supporting shooting a husband and wife because YOU do not like their actions. i suspect the original shooter had much the same mentality. Meanwhile I am advocating for a non-violent course of action. You want people shot who don't act the way YOU want them to, I am speaking out against such violence. I submit it is people with YOUR and the shooters mentality that is contributing to the downfall of society.

Kevin...how did you draw the conclusion that the ric flair posting here is the same one
involved with the WWF... just curious

As far as the issue, I think Kevin and Rik both have good points. It would have been helpful to cooperate but Ann Smiths comment's were out of bounds.

Hey Nature man, support your statement, why is it hilarious for me to reference moral character when someone wishes a husband and wife to be shot?

it occurs to me that wishing harm to a fellow human being IS the problem, something you and Ann seem to carry in common. In stark contrast to my statement in opposition to wanting people shot.

Ann, to wish harm on anyone harm is extremely distasteful and speaks volumes as to your moral character.

If they dont cooperate then they are part of the problem. Hopefully next time the shooter has better aim.
