A 20-year-old man was arrested early Thursday morning on suspicion of threatening to kill a man at a residence off northbound Highway 99 at East Turner Road, according to the San Joaquin County Sheriff's Office.
Harland Pierrie Kenyon was arrested at a friend's home in Lodi after threatening to kill a man with a pellet gun near Highway 99 and Turner Road at about 11:45 p.m., according to a sheriff's report. Kenyon had three warrants out for his arrest, one calling for $270,000 bail.
Kenyon was booked in San Joaquin County Jail on suspicion of felony assault with a deadly weapon and felony terrorist threats in addition to the outstanding warrants, according to the sheriff's report.
