Sunny days will give way to rainy afternoons and nights this coming week as temperatures start to cool down in Lodi.
Though today will remain mostly sunny with temperatures in the low- to mid-70s, increasing cloud cover can be seen Thursday with showers Thursday night into Friday morning, according to Ken Clark, senior meteorologist for AccuWeather.com, a private forecasting service.
Clark said sunshine could return Friday afternoon, though temperatures will be much cooler, ranging from the high 50s to the low 60s.
Rain will start up again Saturday night and go through Sunday, Clark added.
While the storms are not big, the rain will come in strong spurts, so an umbrella will be needed starting Thursday, he said.
