Galt High School accepting applications for Biomedical Engineering and Science Technology Academy

Galt High School has opened its Biomedical Engineering and Science Technology Academy to all high school students in ninth through 12th grades residing within and outside Galt Joint Union High School District boundaries.

Interand intra-district transfers are now being accepted. Due to limited space, registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

The deadline to apply is March 16. For more information, contact Maria Orr, interim principal, or Debra Crane, academy coordinator at 209-745-3081.

Lincoln Technical Academy to conduct mock interviews

Lincoln Technical Academy will be conducting mock job interviews with their students to prepare them to enter the working world.

The school is looking for volunteers to serve as guest interviewers on Thursday, Feb. 16. Food and refreshments will be provided by ROP culinary arts students.
