The following is a list of public meetings in the Lodi and Galt areas this week:


Lodi City Council shirtsleeve

Key item:

— Receive a report on regulations for recreational vehicles parked in the street.

When and where: 7 a.m., Carnegie Forum, 305 W. Pine St., Lodi.

San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors

Key items:

— Report supporting agri-tourism development by Pat Patrick, president/CEO of the Lodi Chamber of Commerce, and Mark Chandler, executive director of the Lodi Winegrape Commission.

— Approve up to $1 million in Recovery Zone Facility Bonds for solar panels to be installed at 530 W. Kettleman Lane, Lodi. The project, by SunEdison, would generate 250 kilowatts and support 7.5 temporary jobs. SunEdison has 102 solar projects throughout the state. There will be no cost to the county.

— Approve plans for resurfacing of Thornton Road, north of Highway 12, in Flag city. Cost estimate is $786,000.

— Approve plans to replace the 1926 Tully Road bridge across Bear Creek in Lockeford. Cost estimate is $1.8 million, but 88.5 percent of the cost would be funded by the federal Highway Bridge Program.

— Accept $15,000 grant from General Mills to support educational program at Micke Grove Zoo.

— Consider accepting completion with G&L Brock Construction to expand the Lodi Community Center parking lot on South Sacramento Street.

— Consider a $5,000 settlement to Peter Pascua, who claims he was injured by a sheriff's dog bite.

When and where: 9 a.m., county administration building, 44 N. San Joaquin St., sixth floor, Stockton.

San Joaquin County Parks and Recreation Commission

Key items:

— Update on Micke Grove Zoo expansion.

— Kids Don't Float program update.

— Park budget.

When and where: 5:30 p.m., Micke Grove Park memorial building, 11793 N. Micke Grove Road, Lodi.


Lodi Art Advisory Board

Key items:

— Receive report on the Lodi City Council's decision on the Rite of Spring sculpture.

— Review Redding brochure.

When and where: 1 p.m., Hutchins Street Square Green Room, 125 S. Hutchins St., Lodi.

Galt Joint Union Elementary School District

Key items:

— Hear a report from Superintendent Karen Schauer on the 2010-11 goal development update

— Vote on a series of board policies.

When and where: 7 p.m., Galt City Hall City Council chambers, 380 Civic Drive, Galt.

Woodbridge Rural Fire Protection District board

When and where: 3 p.m., fire station, 400 E. Augusta St., Woodbridge.

They cite limited seating, costs and unpredictable weather at the Grape Bowl.
