City Manager Jason Behrmann will terminate an agreement with a contractor that the city says has not fulfilled its duties, as directed by the Galt City Council on Tuesday.
In March 2011, the city entered into an agreement with Mountain Cascade, Inc., to complete a wastewater treatment plant project expansion. It was scheduled to be completed in May 2013 at a cost of $2.7 million.
