New wine tasting room clears hurdle at Lodi City Council meeting

Jessie's Grove Winery and The Dancing Fox Winery and Bakery will move forward with a new tasting room called Olde Ice House Cellars in Downtown at Locust and Main streets, which will also include offerings from a variety of winemakers in Lodi.

The Lodi City Council unanimously approved changing a contract the city has with Jessie's Grove, allowing the tasting room project to move forward.

I'm glad to see the old ice house transformation. It sat there for so many years in somewhat of a delapidated condition. It's original signifigance of providing blocks of ice for ice boxes is long gone. Can't wait to get back to Lodi and visit all the great tasting rooms.
