Location: South side of Peltier Road, just east of the Union Pacific Railroad tracks between Lower Sacramento Road and Highway 99.
Size: Parcel is 17.26 acres, but winery will be on 3 acres.
Project details: Three phases during a 10-year period. 800-square-foot grape crush pad, 9,500-square-foot multi-purpose winery building and tasting room, office, lab and storage during the first phase; a 7,500-square-foot production building in the second phase; a 7,500-square-foot production building during third phase.
Amplified music: None.
Marketing events: No more than 24 per year. Will be allowed from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. No more than 150 people permitted to attend.
Parking: 47 spaces, plus 50 additional overflow spaces during marketing events.

While approving a winery application for an Acampo project and another in the Tracy area on Thursday, San Joaquin County planning commissioners were looking at the bigger picture — whether wineries were trying to beat the clock before a potentially more restrictive ordinance is adopted by the county.
The discussion at Thursday's Planning Commission meeting came as M2 Winery sought the county's blessing to conduct as many as 30 "marketing events" at the winery it wants to construct on Peltier Road between Lower Sacramento Road and Highway 99. Windmill Ridge Winery near Tracy wanted 36.
