The California Highway Patrol in Stockton is searching for Nathaniel Alexander Smith, who is approximately 6 feet, 3 inches tall and 260 pounds. He is bald and has brown eyes.
Smith is wanted in connection with a felony DUI traffic collision causing serious injury to two CHP officers in 2010, and for being under the influence of a controlled substance. He was sentenced to nine years in state prison, but has failed to surrender.

"He could be anywhere in SanJoaquin county", I doubt that. Probably not even in California anymore. Wish the article would have stated when he was supposed to turn himself in and why he was allowed bail on such a crime.
