With just one look inside his garage, it's easy to see Keith Harwood's entrepreneurial spirit.

Boxes full of yeast nutrients, siphon pumps and French oak chips are stacked five feet high.

I agree with John J. Nilsen! I recently purchased a kit for a birthday gift and it was the talk of the party! People kept asking me where they can purchase one for themselves. I know my father is tired of getting socks and ties for Christmas, and my mother probably wishes he'd get off the couch and find a hobby! I will be purchasing some more kits very soon. What a great gift idea!!!!

Keith happens to be a close freind of mine and I know firsthand of his dedication to the quality of his product. He has poured his heart and soul into making the best kits possible and surely he will succeed in this endeavor as he has in others before. These kits are easy to use and produce high quality wine that is immensely palatable.Cheers!

JB, How do you figure that its the concentrate company that creates unfair trade? At least someone buys the grapes that the winery wouldn't buy from you. If you chose to let them rott on the vine that is your choice. Just remember what your major issue is... Its not the concentrate company. Focus your energy trying to get a contract with a winery. I would be happy to sell your grapes for you on my website by the way, for those people interested in buying whole grapes. :)

JB I truely understand your concern. Your main concern should be the wineries that promise to pick your grapes and don't. What happens is, they keep you waiting until the point that you get scared and sell your grapes to them for less money or let them rott on the vine. Look at it from a different point of view. I am out there promoting Lodi grapes which gives you more recognition, which will drive up the demand for your grapes. If more people began to enjoy the passion of wine making you would sell more grapes.

This is a great kit and Keith really knows what he is doing he i had the opportunity to spend time with him while he was doing his research and development on this and it is truly a labor of love. He has personally made some great wine and port himself that i have been ably to enjoy. Keep it up.

Please, this type product may be warm and fuzzy on the outside. But it uses concentrate juice that pays growers less then it cost to grow the grapes. Buy a premium bottle or purchase grapes directly from growers. I'm all for making your own wine, but growers need fair trade to stay in business.
