The Parachute Center in Acampo faces a second fine for allegedly operating a DeHavilland twin Otter on 41 flights when it was not in compliance with federal regulations, the Federal Aviation Administration announced Monday.
The Parachute Center, west of Highway 99 between Jahant and Peltier roads, faces a $269,000 civil penalty for reportedly operating the plane without the required inspections 41 times between Nov. 2 and Nov. 15, 2009, according to an FAA news release.

i'm not aware of it?....really?....this guy is a joke and needs to be shut down for endangering the lives of the people who use his plane.....i have a lock that can be used if they need one....
