Looking to expand its presence, Clark Pest Control announced that it recently purchased two pest-control businesses in Southern California and Nevada. High Desert Pest Control, located in Reno, was purchased by Clark on Dec. 1, 2010. The San Diego-based Smart Pest Control was acquired Jan. 7.
Clark Pest Control already has branch offices in both locations, and the acquisitions will help the company serve a more customers more efficiently, a Clark press release said.
