The 19th century renovated Brewster building in Galt is 7,000 square feet. It will be the new home to Brewster’s Bar and Grill.

Brewster’s Bar and Grill, a restaurant opening in March in Galt, will contain a restored chair elevator to the second floor. It will also have a glass elevator and a glass floor looking down into a wine cellar.

It will be interesting to see how this upscale restaurant does in Galt. It is needed. By looking at the menu for Shady Lady I hope prices and entrees are "adjusted" to fit the area. I wish them good luck and can't wait to try their fare......
