Have a request to place a stoplight at a specific intersection? Want to know what the rules regarding weed abatement are?

On Monday, Galt residents will be able to speak about these and other public safety issues at a public forum at 6 p.m. at the police department, 455 Industrial Drive, Galt.

Members of the Galt Police Department, Cosumnes Community Services District fire department and the city's Public Safety Committee will be there to listen, answer questions and help with any concerns citizens may have about their neighborhoods, according to a press release.

This forum will be informal and designed to help solve neighborhood problems, as well as provide the public with information they need.

Should graduations return to the Grape Bowl?

Lodi Unified leaders are moving Lodi and Tokay high school graduations from the Grape Bowl to the Spanos Center at UOP in Stockton. They cite limited seating, costs and unpredictable weather at the Grape Bowl. But others say graduations at the Grape Bowl are an important Lodi tradition, and one reason many supported renovating the stadium. What do you think?
