The event recognizes individuals and businesses in the community for their efforts to promote tourism to Lodi. John Tudor, Tourism Advocate of the Year, Carol Padden, Host-at-Home Award Winner, and the Van Ruiten Family, Winery of the Year, are this year’s award recipients.

Why isn't Visit Lodi, Conference & Visitors bureau using the more than adequate facilities at Hutchins Street Square rather than the highly overpriced facilities at Wine $ Roses? Hutchins loses nearly $1.5 million per year and ALL city connected entities should be mandatorily obligated to support Hutchins and not private banquet facilities owned by the same well connected, expensive facilities. It must be nice for this organization to spend other peoples' money so lavishly in this still down economic times.
