San Joaquin County issues warning against eye makeup known as surma, kohl

San Joaquin County health officials are warning that Surma can be a source of lead poisoning in certain eye make-up products, seen here.

Bobcat, you're supposed to apply it to your face to make your eyes more appealing, not like some who snort, inhale or inject it thinking it is a designer drug.

Thank You for this story,although it highlights my Baby Blues and keeps the 'evil eye ' at bay my memory seems to be,,,,my memory seems...my mem.......what was I saying ??
