The San Joaquin County Planning Commission will consider amending the county’s ordinance banning medical marijuana in unincorporated areas at tonight’s meeting.
Commissioners will consider adding “medical marijuana dispensary” to its list of definitions in the ordinance and updating the table of contents.
In other action tonight, commissioners will consider reverting an eight-parcel subdivision to its original 425 acres. The property is owned by Cortopassi on the northeast corner of Peltier and Blossom roads.
Today’s meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. at the county Public Health conference room, 1601 E. Hazelton Ave., Stockton.
