One of the men accused of being involved in a home invasion robbery in July has been acquitted of all charges, according to the San Joaquin County district attorney’s office.
Raymond Garcia, 24, was acquitted Oct. 3 of charges of first-degree robbery and conspiracy that had been brought against him as a result of a July 28 home invasion robbery and shooting on the 900 block of Rutledge Drive, the district attorney’s office confirmed.
Garcia’s aunt, Lisa Miranda, provided cellphone pictures to police the day after her nephew’s arrest which showed Garcia at a party at her house during the time of the robbery.
Miranda said Garcia is now living at home.
