Ryan Sherman has a funny way of describing how he and his business partner Russ Fields fell into winemaking.

He says producing wine started out as a slight interest back in 2003, grew into a hobby just a few years later and is now "an illness."

Again, seemingly the good ol' boys and girls at their best.

Mr. Chapman, why don't you ask him why he can invest in a new winery after just losing a 500K or so home to foreclosure? And thank you for giving me a reason to bring up an important point. Partner in a good ol' boys wine venture and not able to afford house payments? I smell sometthing real stinky in the roses here.Funny you mentioned the grand jury?

RYAN SHERMAN, watch out...before you know it Mr. Doug Chaney will be down there with his video camera filming all the "alcoholics" imbibing your wines and hoping to catch someone from the COL, CC, LPD, GOB's or School Board exiting your establishment so he can take that evidence to the Grand Jury as proof that drunks are managing our fair City..
