Lodi Unified School District's Odie Douglas has been hired by a school district in Pleasanton. As the assistant superintendent of educational services, he will earn an annual salary of $165,790 including stipends.
Although he doesn't officially start the new job until July 1, Douglas will work with the person retiring from the position.

Here is proof that the more useless a government employee is, the higher the salary. Why am I working so hard to pay these people my hard earned tax dollars?

So Mr. Douglas was demoted here and yet he is being hired to administrate in another community for more money? This is the same man that wanted Advanced Placement classes for everyone? He did his best to shut down most vocational programs. No wonder our State Educational system is having problems.
