Maria is a spayed, adult, brown tabby. She came to PALS with a badly swollen and blackened right eye. The vet didn’t want to remove the eye, so the eye was treated with ointment and antibiotics. After a few weeks the swelling went down. There is just a void where the eye would be. This is a genetic defect, and doesn’t affect her activity one bit. She doesn’t even know she is blind in that one eye.
Maria is very sweet and playful and would make a wonderful addition to the family.
Maria is being offered for adoption through PALS, a Lodi-based nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the welfare of companion animals in Lodi. For more information about Maria, please call PALS at 209-224-0354 or email email@example.com.
