In light of the awful sadness I have felt this week for the Miranda family and all involved in any way with that tragic accident, it lightened my heart to read this article. It is good to know there are honest people like Mr. Ramirez around. He went to great lengths to track down Ricardo Hernandez and return his ring. Mr. Hernandez's huge smile is great to see!

I asked my husband the other night, "What is happening to our society? What are these "irresponsible" people thinking??" as we were discussing the person who caused the accident on Ham Lane...(we live just up a block). But when I hear of the First Responders, then now, the act of an individual like Mr. Ramirez, it begins to help me believe that there are many more good people here on earth...! It lightens my heart somehow...!
