Suspicious activity has some Lodi parents concerned

On Monday evening, a stranger asked a Lodi boy who was playing outside if his parents were home. Without hesitating, the boy ran inside the home and locked the door. P.J. Vaz, the father of the boy, believes the man in the car was trying to abduct his son, but while Lodi police say the incident is “suspicious,” they ask Lodi residents and local parents not to jump to conclusions as officers investigate the incident.
