Lodi police, responding to a loud party in the 1900 block of South Church Street, arrested a 17-year-old boy at 3:30 a.m. Sunday on suspicion of participating in a robbery on Rutledge Drive July 28, police said.

not clear about underage designation. Then they are charged and tried as adults. Maybe it should be dropped to below 15 yrs. old.

I don't understand the "underage" name disclosure. If they are old enough to pull this kind of stunt, their name should be plastered all over town. We are supposed to have compassion for these punks just because they are under 18? Maybe somebody does, I sure don't.

Very good job by LPD to get bad individual. Loud party in bad part of town, that is where they will be.
