A newly formed coalition taking a stand against a gasoline tax increase set for Jan. 1, 2015, held its kick-off event at an Interstate 5 truck stop in Flag City on Friday morning.

Fed Up At the Pump, a Central Valley-based organization, gathered at 3B’s Truck and Auto Plaza to inform California motorists and the Central Valley’s working families of the statewide 15-cent — or more — increase in gas prices that are set to take effect in January.
