Tree Lodi is working with the City of Lodi and many other community organizations to complete its Circle 2.0 project to plant 165 trees.

According to Tree Lodi President Steve Dutra, the project is based on a Calfire grant that the city has received to plant trees on city property and improve an area of the community that needs it. Research has demonstrated that trees do not only improve the air, but provide economic value by improving property values and providing community stewardship, Dutra said.
