Tempers flare again at North San Joaquin Water Conservation District meeting

Water district closer to finding a replacement for outgoing watermaster

    funny how these guys threaten to quit, yet they are still around....why don't you just get out....get out now...

    Wow. This just keeps getting worse. Ity's time that audit of the books for the last 10 years is done by a private, outside auditor, not one of those softball auditors that only audits according the figures given to them by the entity being audited, but a complete audit of every transaction, whether there are number figures redacted out or purposely omitted, and let's see who the beneficiaries are of supposed large amounts of funds and monies that can't be accounted for. Then have a meeting open to the public to release those documents from that audit and expose those who have extracted funds from this water district the past 10 years without justification, and let this dysfunctional water district board regroup and complete a plan to avoid those costly mistakes that have taken their toll in the past.
