Lodi will be a cheeseburger and margarita paradise tonight.

Garratt Wilkin & the Parrotheads will perform "A Celebration of Jimmy Buffett Music" at Hutchins Street Square in Kirst Hall.

The cover band is from Placerville, and has headlined fairs and festivals around the country.

Concert-goers will feast on cheeseburgers cooked by the Boosters of Boys and Girls Sports Organization and margaritas from the Lodi Arts Foundation. Both will be collecting money for youth sports and arts scholarships.

Community Center manager Deanie Bridewell said this is the first time the BOBS and the art foundation are working together on an event.

"The two groups really didn't know each other, so this is a great way for them to see that they are doing a similar thing and join forces," she said.

Because the two groups are combining, it exposes the event to a larger audience that can participate.

"Some people like sports, some people like the arts, but everyone likes cheeseburgers and margaritas, so you can't go wrong," Bridewell said.

Tickets are $23 and can be purchased by calling 209-333-5550.
