A Lodi man was arrested again Friday on robbery charges after he allegedly hit a store manager.

Paul Wesley Huck, 22, was attempting to take a bottle of alcohol from a store on the 500 block of West Lodi Avenue around 1:30 p.m. Friday.

The store's manager attempted to stop Huck from taking the bottle of alcohol, but Huck hit the manager instead, according to Lt. Fernando Martinez of the Lodi Police Department.

Martinez said Huck faces first degree robbery charges because he assaulted the store manager. However, Huck also faces charges of burglary for attempting to take the bottle of alcohol without paying for it.

Should graduations return to the Grape Bowl?

Lodi Unified leaders are moving Lodi and Tokay high school graduations from the Grape Bowl to the Spanos Center at UOP in Stockton. They cite limited seating, costs and unpredictable weather at the Grape Bowl. But others say graduations at the Grape Bowl are an important Lodi tradition, and one reason many supported renovating the stadium. What do you think?
