All while the Lodi city council votes to let their local developers, Gillespie and Doucette walk away from their bad business decisions at Reynolds Ranch and the two Gateway projects. Mr. Gillespie now wants a time out after pocketing millions and costing the Lodi taxpayers in future revenue and, I suppose, he'll be back at city hall drrooling for more green when the economy allows. Please, Galt, show us Lodians how real developers and businessmen make an honest living?
