Woodbridge merchants excited about renovations, despite inconveniences

It may be a little inconvenient driving through Woodbridge's
business district, and daytime business has dropped some since
construction began in mid-July.
But merchants are excited about the finished product -- a brand
new downtown area with early 20th-century ambiance, complete with
planters, antique-style street lamps, sidewalks and improved
parking and drainage.
