The following is a list of public meetings in the Lodi and Galt areas this week:

Today

Galt City Council Youth Committee special meeting

Key items:

  • Crafting with Santa, event participation and participation in Winter Bird Festival.

When and where: 6 p.m., Galt City Council chambers, 380 Civic Drive.

Tuesday

Lodi City Council shirtsleeve session

The regularly scheduled meeting is canceled.

Lodi Improvement Committee

Key items:

  • Public forum on homeless outreach efforts in Lodi.
  • Follow up on issues from previous meeting.

When and where: 6 p.m., Carnegie Forum, 305 W. Pine St., Lodi.

Lodi Library Board of Trustees special meeting

Key items:

  • Review the library’s goals with regards to the library services director.

When and where: 5:30 p.m., Lodi Public Library, 201 W. Locust St., Lodi.

Greater Lodi Area Youth Commission

Key items:

  • Discuss the Junior High School Dance, Fall Formal, Parade of Lights.

When and where: 7 p.m., Hutchins Street Square, Cottage Room, 125 S. Hutchins St., Lodi.

Galt Joint Union High School District board

Key items:

  • Approve 2012-13 budget development calendar.
  • Approve 2011-12 first budget revision for all funds.
  • Authorize participation in the Small School District and Sacramento County Office of Education Bus Replacement Program.

When and where: 6:30 p.m., Galt City Hall Chambers, 380 Civic Dr., Galt.

San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors

Meeting has been canceled.

Wednesday

Lodi Arts Commission

Key items:

  • Create an all-inclusive calendar of community events.
  • Recap the Artisan Masters evening.
  • Receive reports on the Art Advisory Board, Art Hop, Project Lodi Art, the Lodi Arts Commission 30th anniversary, 2012 Taco Truck Cookoff, Pub Volunteer signups and the city bill.

When and where: 1 p.m., Carnegie Forum, 305 W. Pine St., Lodi.

Lodi Planning Commission

The regularly scheduled meeting is canceled.

Lodi Site Plan and Architechtural Review Committee

Key items:

  • Review and consider approving a site plan and elevations for a small recycling collection facility at 610 W. Kettleman Lane.

When and where: 5:15 p.m., Carnegie Forum, 305 W. Pine St., Lodi.

Thursday

Reclamation District 348 board

Key items:

  • Mokelumne River levee rehabilitation project between Interstate 5 and Wimpy’s Marina.
  • Delta levee maintenance subventions program work agreements for the 2011-12 fiscal year.

When and where: 2 p.m., Croce & Co., 501 W. Weber Ave., fifth floor, Stockton.
