He's back! Glad to see Doug back online. Was your probation lifted by the LNS? Of course, just like Kim, Kevin, Joann, Darrell, etc we all know what he's going to say.

    1. Everything is a conspiracy theory, a backroom deal, and the infamous Good Ol Boys Network.
    2. The Lodi City Council is Satan. Everything is their fault.
    3. LUSD issues are even blamed on the CC.
    4. No wine oriented events should be allowed... even though it drives our local economy

    Welcome Back Doug!

Exactly my thoughts, Mr. Paglia. The downtown area would be a great night for a DUI saturation patrol involving multi agencies rather than just LPD, to assure that ALL suspected DUI/impaired drivers are held accountable and no get out of jail free cards or free rides home.

I wonder if they will be doing a DUI saturation patrol afterwards?
